It was a great year for movies, a good year for television, and a not so great year for music. But that might be my fault, because I don't really know how to keep up with new music, and i'm not super interested in the stuff I hear. I did make a project of listening to every album by The Cure and that was very life giving and exciting. Such a unique band with a great sonic progression. Below is my favorite shot from the year, and the car chase scene from One Battle After Another takes the cake for best scene. I really hope PTA figures out some way to make a 5-part adaptation of Les Misérables.
